South Boston
South Boston is a tight knit neighborhood gleaming with pride. Its residents are renowned for their love and loyalty for their neighborhood. Southie boasts miles of beaches and waterfront parks that culminate at Castle Island, providing the perfect outdoor arena for activities of all kinds. South Boston is densely populated and traditionally known for its three family homes, South Boston also boasts a large number of condominiums and single family homes as well. It is also home to a great variety of bars and pubs, most notably the L Street Tavern, as seen in the motion picture Goodwill Hunting.
